Lucian is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur with several successful start-ups to his credit. He has 20 years of semiconductor industry experience. Lucian was born in Germany, educated in the French school system, and went on to earn a B.Sc. in International Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University (with a minor in Russian) and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Jos Scheffelaar, CEO and Co-FounderJos has 25+ years of international business experience in the high-tech sector. He has been stationed in several countries in Europe, as well as in Asia. Jos leverages his skills and experience with the US High Tech industry, international business, and his strong industry-contacts to find strategic partners, channel partners and customers for his clients, and helps them build the business relationships from initial contacts to productive operational partnerships. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Delft in the Netherlands. |

Michelle Goodall Faulkner, VP Marketing and Co-FounderMichelle has more than 15 years of technology marketing experience on both the agency and client sides. She is skilled at all types of outbound marketing including PR, direct marketing, Web programs, collateral, advertising and events, and has helped many European companies improve market awareness in the US. In July 2009, Michelle was named one of the Top 10 Women in PR by the Boston Herald. She holds a business degree from Boston University and an MBA from Boston College. |

Jan Nygren, VP, OperationsJan is a venture capitalist and senior Business Development executive with both startup and Fortune 500 management experience. He has demonstrated success in setting strategic direction, crafting marketing messages, restructuring organizations, recruiting personnel, managing large teams and growing revenue. Jan holds a BS in Commerce from University of Virginia and JD and MBA degrees from the College of William & Mary. He is a member of the New York State Bar. |

John Bagalay, Executive DirectorJohn has 40 years’ experience in the organization, financing and development of public and privately held companies. He is a venture capitalist who also spent nearly 20 years with Boston University helping fund and develop life sciences and technology companies. While John was Managing Director of the University’s venture capital fund, the fund realized a 40 percent return on investments. John has served as an officer or director at more than 30 portfolio companies including several based in Europe. He is currently Chairman of Wave Systems Corp. and a Director at Integrated Freight Corporation. |
